Beginning as the designer/publisher of my book Drumming Patterns back in the dawn of the desktop publishing revolution in 1986 and progressing through over three decade’s experience within the publishing industries of Manhattan, I have had first-hand experience with every facet of print production. As a result I can handle any print design job, from business cards to books to brochures to magazine advertisements.
Leverage your product by having its designer collaborate on a print ad to promote it. My extensive experience as a writer and copy-editor (see the “text” link above) can combine with my design skill to help you create your ad.
The key to an effective business card is a clean professional design that clearly communicates your business’s essential information, is fully consistent with its branding, and is easy to read. Nearly all of the business cards I receive fail on one or more of these counts; the card I design for you will not. Along with your personal appearance and comportment, your business card is a part of the first impression you will make to your potential clients and therefore is worth taking seriously.
Drawing on my expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, I can create a sophisticated design for your brochure.
With the interior design and production of three books under my belt, I have all the experience required to prepare your manuscript for publication. ”I hope that you are as happy with the enclosed Concise Guide to Jazz as we are. Everyone who sees it—I think Mark [Gridley, author] included—is floored by how nicely it came out! I imagine that both Mark and Prentice Hall will be keeping you in mind for future projects, that is if you are not too busy gigging.”
